What do you do when you're stuck between two or more people you love?

I mean, for example, if they fight and then you'll hear the other person saying ill things about the other person that you love? For me, personally, I really do get hurt and I just keep quiet. I don't meddle anymore because I'm tired really. I'm really tired of being stuck..how about you..what do you do?
