When you sleep, you position yourself in a way that you are most comfortable with. What sleeping position are you most comfortable with?I like sleeping sidewards with my legs curled. What about you?

I heard that sleeping in a fetal position affects your posture.

I also sleep the same as Terry (the first one who commented on this post). I sleep on my side, slightly curled up with a pillow in between my legs. PLUS one more pillow at my back. So 3 pillows total. Hehehe. I just love being surrounded with pillows when I sleep.

Hi dear friend, I sleep just turned right. That is right side of body on bed. And also kept my right hand on right cheek. And small bend on legs. And left hand kept between the thighs. Some of my friends sleep as straight looking upwards. Some of them rolls on their sleeps. Some of them talk at sleep. Somany fun can see while we just wait for the others to sleep. I am living with my college friends in a house taken as rent. All are different types. Some of them sleep with their mouth opened. And we put salt to their mouth. Just somany fun on sleeping. You said that you sleep as fetus position. It will be very interesting. I have a desire to see you in that position. Anyway thank you very much dear friend. See you........

for your information that sleeping position illustrates many traits of a person. many researchers have taken steps to demonstrate the fetus position is one of many typical traits that the person feels inscure and anxious towards life. moreover many of this traits carves an amicable and thoughtful character in the light of this person is inscure and anxious about failing other people's feeling and his/her success and all that jazz

As soon as I get to bed with my weary mind from a seem to be very long hectic day I stay on a supine position with an elevated legs for an hour then the rest of my sleep will resume my most comfortable right-lateral position, this one seem to give more rooms for my heart to relax too.

When I was younger I usually just felt comfortable sleeping on my side but now I feel comfortable on my back too. I've heard that if you sleep on your back you feel more confident as a person so I think that's a good sign.

On my side and away toward the edge of the bed. There has been a change recently and where I was facing say East in bed ... in our new place I face West. So as long as it is toward the outside of the bed I can sleep for some reason. I find myself on my back sometimes and wish I could sleep that way more.

I also like sleeping sideways. Sometimes I sleep face down. Face down sleep is a way to very deep sleep. I think I might be sleeping 60% of the times sideways, 25% face down and the rest face up. I am a little tall with long legs. Some times I am in my sleep that I might hit the other wall. So I also sleep with kinked legs. In fact I do not force myself to sleep in any particular position. I sleep any way my body feels comfortable.

I mostly sleep on my right side curled up into a ball. I always have the comforter pulled up around my head and I sleep on the edge of the bed...but somehow I manage never to fall out. Knock on wood. Tonight I probably will because I just said I don't.:)

I like to sleep face down. I also like having a pillow on my feet because it feels very comfortable. Sometimes I put a pillow on my sides.
