How to makeup when you have dry skin?

hey leenapaul10~! i've got dry skin too, and what I do before applying makeup is to apply moisturizer first.. it helps moisturize your face and make it look less flaky when applying powder. you should get a moisturizer that is suitable as a makeup base. you could also get makeup foundation that is made for dry skin. that way, you don't have to apply moisturizer first.. what i suggest is to apply moisturizer everyday right after your shower. it helps lock in the moisture. some people think moisturizing your face isn't important, but it's actually a real necessity in taking care of your face. wouldn't want those wrinkles now do we?
