Would you buy an ebook of Recipes?

With internet we would just google or yahoo for certain recipes that we need. It can give you thousands version of cheesecake or a stew for that matter. Would you prefer to buy an ebook of special recipes pile up together for easy reference, say like SEAFOOD in one book. Or would you rather spend time looking for that one recipe through thousands of it that is availabe free from someone blog or a discussion group? If you prefer to buy online those recipe ebook, how much money are you willing to pay for it?.

I've purchased eBooks on eBay and paid maybe only 99 cents to $1.99. But it wasn't just recipes it was a bundle of different eBooks. If anyone wants me to send them the download let me know. They have Adkins, South Beach...some really good recipes.
