How to increase appetite?

I often haven't a good appetite for foods. No matter what kind of food is, they all cannot arouse my appetite. So have you some useful treatments for this trouble?

Are you the skinny type of person? Usually a person who doesn't have much appetite to eat will end up being skinny. If you really don't feel like eating, I suggest that you take supplements that you can purchase from the pharmacy. When I was small my mother used to feed me with haliborange and scott emulsion's cod live oil. Both of the tonics were meant to increase my appetite. Even though you are an adult now, I think you should take tonics so that you can get back your appetite. I've heard an opinion from a doctor when I went to his clinic one day. He told me about one ailment called thyroid. If a person who suffers from thyroid will also experience a loss in appetite. The person suffering from thyroid will lose their weight quite easily and some of the time they will end up being very skinny. Maybe you would want to check with the doctor what is actually causing you to loose your appetite. Maybe the doctor have a prescription to give you. It is better this way, if you wait much longer I am worried that your appetite will still be the same and how can you enjoy life? It's very nice of you to give some advices to me. I think the lose of my appetite is related to my stomach and less sporting. As sometimes I lose my appetite with no desire of any food while sometimes I regain it, a quite sound one. Thank you for your reply!

appetiser - sweet and sour assorted pickled vegetables
I’m the type who is always have good appetite and not picky in choosing any food. Lucky that I can still manage to do some exercise about 30 minutes daily. Lol if not I believe my weight will definitely put on quickly. I suggest you to have exercise regularly and have some appetizer like pickled vegetables especially those with sweet and sour taste or fruit juice to give appetite before taking any meal.

Thank you for your approach and I will have a try. I do appreciate those who have a good appetite and I'd rather be fat instead of a walking skeleton like now because I wanna have some desire when seeing lots of delicious in front of me. Thank you!
