I in the past have tried leadership and have failed... when ever one of my customers decide to sell they end up quiting and I loose a customer... Is leadership any where close to the earnings that I get from them being a customer? Hugs

Hi! I am currently a UL with my Avon business. It can be discouraging to be in the leadership program, but I am convinced that it is where the "big money" is. I have found that the people who want to work their business will accept offers of help. This can come in the way of one-on-one meetings, or unit meetings. Getting together to share information and brainstorm can be very motivating! But, it does take time and patience to keep growing your downline.

I keep seeing the checks that my unit leader is getting and I think, dang I want a piece of that!! I am really cloes to UL, so I am hoping I can get over the hump and start earning those leadership checks. And you bet, as with any network marketing company, the money is in leadership!!! It is a hard road, but that's why the extra money is there. I try to keep patient, but it is hard sometimes!
