Do you prefer pasta or rice?

i like both equally. i'm filipino, so we are typically rice eaters. but when there is pasta, i don't miss the opportunity to eat it. lol.. =D

i love pastas but realize the nutritional values and use rice when i can. seasoned rices are great side dishes for fish and chicken

I personally like rice. I think you can do more with that... I love Indian and Thai food. Pasta is good but I just don't like it as much as rice.

Since both are so full of carbohydrates I tend to eat either of these side dishes, sparingly. But I do love them both !

I love both pasta and rice it depends how i cook.I love noodles with a little gravy .I love chinese fried rice and jambalaya.There are all yummy...

I grew up on white rice. Polynesians eat a lot of it. But I prefer any as long as it has a good falvor with it. My gramma made some wicked pasta salads. But my other gramma made some yumm rice dishes. Its definately a toss up.

I cannot decide. I love pasta, but I cannot have too much of it. I also love rice as long as it is brown rice. However my husband likes pasta and white rice. Now with my brown rice, I can cook it ahead of time, but my husband does not like whole wheat pasta and I do not have the money to buy separate quantities.

I much prefer pasta. So many dishes can be invented with pasta. However, these days I eat pasta less to be more healthy, although I occasionally eat whole wheat pasta. And if I do eat rice, it is brown rice. I had a cup of it last night. Pretty good! : )

I do love eating both. But as a Filipino, rice has always been a part of every meal unlike pasta. If i were to choose from the two i would choose rice, it's just a part of me. I gotta have some at least once a day.LOL!
