Thanks to a friend today I realize that I don't know well the most of my friends here. I had some friends and the last few days a lot of new friends request. I ask very little times to add a new friend, but I except all the friend requests. The few times I ask a new friend the reason was that I liked him/her topics after I visit him/her profiles and wanted post to them topics.
Now I would like to know from all of you what the reason was, what you liked, and what you found at me for asking be my friends? Also why many of you after just disappear and never visit my discussions?
Also anyone not my friend can say him opinion of course.
PS: Thanks to Lordwarwizard, who made me wake up today and want learn my friends little better...

I love you lots, not only because we come from the same place but we have so so many things in common man, and we can laugh it off in Greek lol.tha mas khesune etho mesa kamia ora lol..like thsat, you know what I mean..you have always been loyal and faithful and given me a boost and responded to my discussions..I have over 400 friends, but I can't get to them all, nor can they all get to me..at some point I am hoping to get to all of them lol..You are witty, kind and a great friend and always make me laugh.I wish I had more friends like you..

I hate to offend anyone so I accept all who ask me to be their friend . I know have over 400 I think so there is no way I can answer all of them , and I know they are not all answering mine , but I do what I can the best that I can my friend and I hope I don't hurt anyones feelings if I miss them out sometimes xx

time and I just came here to check on some discussions and then logged out. So I didn't see your discussion early. But anyways I just want to tell you that I really like your discussions and your responses to my discussions. I really love it. The reason I added you as a friends was 'cause first of all we both wanted to share referrals with each other. But after some time of knowing you. I thought that we are going to be good friends and not just friends who help each other to increase their referrals. In the end I would just like to say that you are my *best* friend here on mylot. Well first of all the reason I requested you as a friend is that you had replied to a few of my discussions..and I do hope to reply to more of yours....It's a sad fact that when looking at my friends list I've noticed so many have "disappeared"...they haven't been here in awhile, months sometimes and I can't help wonder what happened to them--this may be the reason a lot of your friends no longer get involved with your discussions...they simply aren't here anymore...Another reason I requested you as a friend, don't laugh (okay you can laugh)--I seem to be drawn to people who have cats as avatars..being a cat lady here I figure anyone who has a cat as an avatar ain't all that bad...LOL

Between a cat lady to another cat lady it was the more crazy reason I can imagine for someone add me as a friend.
I remember came to you even before you add me as a friend...how strange I came without being at your friend list (I didn't these at few other members too)but those are your friends didn't come...and I don't mean the not active once ......

Aidonia, your discussions are always nice and sweet.
It shows how nice you are as a person and friend...
Some people on mylot are not active or not active for some period of time. If they don't respond to your discussions, doesn't mean that they don't like it.
Maybe some are upset like I am right now, because "gang" of mean people is trying to post mean comments to my discussions.
They were after my friend first and I made comment to stop them, so now they are after me.
I have good life outside mylot, so they will not provoke me to respond. Shame how few fellow Americans are so mean.

I'm sorry something like these happened to someone so kind as you are.I'm happy being your friend and make you keep smiling.
I haven't problem with the people not active here for long time but I wonder for those they add me as a friend the last 1-3 weeks and are active.....where are they?

hi aidonia, i have loved all your posts and i thionk its been a long time we have been friends, i am glad that we are. i still remember your post regarding the difficulties we face as a foreigner in using English language and how well you have managed...i still remember our friend baronarthur who used to give valuable inputs everytime and anytime. he once spoke very highly of you and i couldnot resist the friendship! oh i really miss him online.
i think, you are one of the most sincere and sensible mylotter here who has done justice with her friends all the time. o have always appreciated your thoughts and rated you positive.
i am really lucky to have you as my friend. thanx for everything.

thank you aidonia. yes, even i miss Baronarthur, he is agreat guy with some great thoughts. he was great help initially. i am really lucky to have you as my friend. you are caring, thoughtful and have always spoke your mind. i just love your attitude.

I, as well, do not know my friends well on myLot. I feel that you have good discussions and responses. I disappear from time to time, due to my hectic work, school, and family life. Putting the three together does not leave a lot for myLot. When I joined myLot, it was during the Christmas break from school, and I had days of time on my hands. I should not be here now, because I have a test tomorrow!

Yes, that test is done! I received a 90%. Had I not been on myLot, I very well may have gotten a higher score! :( Thanks for wondering how it went!

Hi Aidonia, I actually went looking for Greek members on this site and found you were one of these native Greeks I wanted to get in touch with. So I think I requested you as a friend and you responded. I can't always respond to every one of my friend's discussions but I do try to respond to those discussions where I feel I have something to say or share. Otherwise, I spend lots of my time on here just reading other people's responses.

Hello,aidonia,honestly,i am not sure when did i add you,i think i had done that when i was a newbie,may be at the first or second week i had joined mylot.I think i had replied to some of your discussions at that time(not many though),I noticed that you had good discussions and saw you have good comments from other members,i knew you were a nice person,that was why i requested you to be my friend at that time.

I am your friend because I believe you can provide a ready pool of discussion for me. Besides, I feel that you are also able to respond to my discussions after looking at the discussions you have responded to from your profile. Like you, I do not deny any friend's requests. I believe you would have read my response to wizard's discussion, and so I shall not say much. I thank you for being a friend and responding to my discussion.
