in times of trouble what do u do to relax or recover

when u are in trouble what will be ur coping pattern. will you fight, or try to escape or blame heaven and hell for putting u in this situation.for me i can work best during urgency or emergency situations boldly, but afterward will feel very much down.

I Will fight the situation and try to bring it under control. Well said, people escape sitatuons and keeping blaming other for their troubles and miserys. They never accept the mistake is on their part. TO cite a simple example, when a pin hurts a persons leg, He would immediately shout: a pin pricked me and will never not even once say that he by mistake kept his leg on th pin. This has become the basic human tendecy, to blame others for their wrong doings ann escape the situation, they feel its an easy way out. People are therefore losing the courage and capability toface the problem boldly. You have said you will do so : GOOD, But why do you feel depressed that what I cant understand?

I believe in facing challenges in life. Without challenge we cannot be strong and achieve goal. Trouble, obstacle etc in life are inevitable, we cannot escape from these. The need of the hour is to face strongly, sometime we may fail, sometime we may win. I remain constant in both the situations. If failed, I analyse the whole situation and try to not to repeat next time. During odd hours also I face the situation bravely. Crisis cannot tilt me backword. I try to take the crisis in simple way. Above all, main requirement is mental balance and keep calm.

well said, u seem to be well balanced no doubt, i too like challenges in life but sometimes get frustrated if things dont move my way.

If upset and thinking of so much problems, I would rather go to a peaceful place after that i'll go to my friend's house and have some talks to share it. It quite relieving for me.

i would prefer going to a more natural environment, like a arden or would just prefer to sit to meditate,
