Concert Excitement

I'm going to the one "nearby" this Wednesday with my husband, father-in-law and friend of my father-in-law. Though I'm looking forward to it, I'm also a bit "meh." The only concert I've been to before was a Dave Matthews one and some girl got so drunk behind my group that she puked and it was a huge turn-off. Not that I really expect the same for a Rush concert, but I am open to the possibility that people will lose their brains in some way or another. So, how do you all get before a concert?
