There was a shooting here just recently, where 3 men were injured and one is dead. This happened in broad daylight. But, surprise, surprise no witnesses are coming forward, and the 3 men are no cooperating with police. Here's an excerpt from the news: "Detectives are facing a "code of silence" in their investigation of this weekend's brazen daylight shooting. The three surviving victims, who were inside the bullet riddled Honda, are refusing to co-operate with police even though their 19-year-old friend was shot to death." This is not the world I grew up in. This sort of thing is not going to stop unless people stand up. What can we as a society to about it? How can we stop young men from shooting each other?

I don't think there is a way we can stop this anymore than many of the other horrid things taking place in the world. Pray alot and wait until the end comes - which it will someday soon I'm thinking.
