Fergie or fergie...

What is the correct pronunciation? Fergie as in "fur"-"Jhee" ('G' in 'giant' ) or Fergie as in "fur"-"Ghee" ('G' in 'go' )??? Someone help me out please. Thank you.

It is Fer as in ferret and gie as in gay so pronounce it Fergay! but I am Scottish so different dialects may pronounc eit differently.

Whatever you may tell me, I will take it as correct cos I don't really know the correct one. So, "fer-gay" it is. Thank you very much!
