Are sites like ORKUT not safe fo users?

There have been many cyber crime cases reported against Orkut...There have been cases like people morphing other users photo and post them on adult website and there are also cases like black mailing the user by some other user...Are wesites like orkut not safe for the users?....What are your views on this if it is then what are the other website you think are not safe to use?

see all technologies com wit some fault. there is nothng called as safe technology. i guess u shud jus knw hw to safeguard ur own interests. orkut s totally safe for guys and for grls jus try puuting pics in whch u r not alone but wit som1. tht wy chances of ppl trying to morph u lessens. avoid putting single pics of yourself.
