Do you have a family member who drinks and drives?

Do you have someone who believes they can drink alcohol and still drive? I have a friend of the family and they drive with children in the car and they have had accidents small fender bender with poles and fences and they still believe they are okay to drive is that crazy or what? What do you think?god bless

I don't have a family member who drinks and drive but I do have a causual associate who drinks and drives. The strange thing is he only drinks on the weekend and not during the rest of the week.
