What's Your Middle Name?

My middle name is Anne, I am Cassandra Anne, named after my mother who is Sandra Anne

Although both my parents had middle names they chose to not give either me or my sister one. I have 3 daughters and none of them have middle names either. Living in the USA it can be a nuisance at times. I have had people ask me my middle name and on one occasion I had a woman get rather nasty when I said I didn't have one. She informed me that everyone had a middle name. Finally to shut her up and get on with the business at hand I told her if she wanted to put something down then she could use my maiden name and she did.
