Please help us by signing this petition. The petition is so that if a person is charged with negligent homicide in the state of Oklahoma, then they will receive a harsher punishment. It is not too late to help us. The women has been charged but court is still pending. Please help us before it is too late. The sentence for negligent homicide is only one year at the max. One year for my babies life.
Negligent means to not care. She should have been more careful and looked before she drove into my driveway.
I know that a lot of you are probably thinking that it might of been an accident but when a person is careless when they are behind the wheel then they should not be driving. This women should not have been driving anyways but defiantly not if she was going to be careless.
Please help us.

I am only too happy to sign this petition Rosa! Whilst I would normally be saying that people can have accidents and trying to see both sides, this woman should never have been behind the wheel of any vehicle. I am not sure if my signature will do much good as I am not even in the states but I have tried! I continue to hold you and your family in my heart and prayers my friend. xxx

Thank you so much. I agree with you. People can have accidents and those people will usually get off with just probation but for the ones who get time because it was proven that they were without a doubt being careless, then they should get a harsher punishment. This women is a great example of someone who should be punished more severly.
