staying awake difficulty

if there's one luxury in the world that i want to enjoy, that is SLEEP. i find it difficult to stay up whenever i get up every morning. i usually go to bed by 12 midnight and rise by 6 am. i even sleep earlier. i usually find myself in conflict with regards to 'tardiness' in office and in school. i don't know but it seems like my bed has an irresistable force of having me curled over it every morning... do you know any tactics that i can do so that i won't be messing myself with this kind of habit?

I think many have this problem. Even I go to bed at 12 or so and feel difficult to get up at 6 AM. But what to do, life has to go on. If we are delayed in getting up, then every thing will be in mess. So take abundant determination that you are not wanted on bed after 6 am and with a strict will power, just get up and sit. Immediately put some water on the face especially on your eyes. I am sure your sleepiness will vanish.
