What are you getting your dad this fathers day

My dad is now 80 years old and has survive cancer twice, and I am so glad to still have him around. He told me recently he would love to have a ceiling fan, and a recliner. I do not have the finances for both, but I am going to make sure he gets one. I know mothers day appears to be a bigger celebration, but for those of you who are still bless to have your dad around do not forget him on this special day and always.

I will get my father the same thing he gets me for my birthday. Nothing....my father and I used to be rather close but then he got a girlfriend and that changed....it is like we are not even family and I hate going around him because he is rude and she just makes it worse. It's a shame to have that happen but it's the way it is. As for my mothers boyfriend I don't know if I will have the money to get him something but I sure will try because he has been great to us.

Oh I forgot to say that I am happy that your father has made it through that battle! Hopefully he lives for many years to come!
