Many people have severe resistance to GM food, others feel its really not a big issue. Would you eat it? Do you know which products you buy contain GM components? Is your country being transparent about GM products on the market?

Most of the food that we eat nowadays are GMOs. Especially the ones that they use for junk foods and fast foods. It's hard to tell which is and which isn't.

Hey, how are you? Uh, well most food is GMO. Currently there are many organizations in the US that are trying to get companies to REQUIRE that they label if it is GMO or not. I just was reading that they are trying to do GMO animals....umf! What are companies thinking?! Pablo

Hi, volscenk, good question. I try to avoid GM food as much as possible. Better avoid junk food, who knows what it is made of - if you make your own food from ingredients that you know are ok, it will help a lot. I think GM products are not allowed in Sweden, or at least those who market them have to write what sort of ingredients there are in their products.
