Work At Home Space

You will need a space at home to work if you are going to be working at home. With this you can be creative and flexible. If your home does not have a regular office space than you can look around your home for other spaces that could be used for an office. For example: The attic, basement, a walk-in-closet, corner of your living room with a privacy screen, a hallway, the garage, a garden shed, or a laundry room. Once you have decided where your office is going to be you can then decide what tools you will need. You will need a desk and/ or work space, a computer, a phone line just for your business (?), good lighting and basic office supplies. Do not blow your budget though. Just get the bare essentials to start out with and then as your business grows you can gain more supplies. No matter how small your work area , it should be a place where you can actually get some work done in. Let everyone in the house know that it is your work area and that they have to respect that. originally published on http://momworksathome.blogspot.com
