This is an awesome No-Bake Recipe! Fast and low-cost! PEANUTTY CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup margarine, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup hot cocoa mix 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup finely chopped peanuts ( or do like I do and omit this and use chunky peanut butter instead) Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Beat peanut butter ,butter,and vanilla in a medium bowl until creamy. Combine cocoa mix and powdered sugar in another bowl. Than stir into peanut butter mixture. Place peanuts in a flat dish. Scoop peanut butter mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll them into the peanuts to coat. Place them on the lined cookie sheet and refrigerate until they set up.
