Should an Engineer marry an engineer????

May be yes.....then both will understand each others profession and there can be more discussion and more interesting talking. But May be not.....professional life and personal life will be same and life will become monotonus...boring.....besides if one is more intelligent than the other....then again that ego problems.......I think no....they should not marry.

In my opinion, Profession is not the base of marrying a person. you marry him/her not because you are of the same interest but for the reason that you love him/her and wants to spend the rest of your life with him/her. Just my opinion. d=)

I think it could work but maybe you'd get bored talking about enginnering all day.

no. it is not a 'should' statement. however, both my parents are engineers. me, i'd rather be buddies with my co-engineering students than pursue a relationship with them.
