It is widely accepted that breakfast is the most important meal in three meals one day!! And,so I keep on having breakfast and can make effective and active in the morning. It is also helpful strengthen your memory!! It really is ,as well as good for your health.

Yes I Have A Heavy BreakFast Daily Especially On Working Days.As My Lunch Time Is Not Fixed It Varys AnyWhere From 2Pm To 4Pm.

at least a light breakfast in the morning... a bowl of milk with cereal and banana or apple or bread with egg with glass of orange juice be superb already! on weekends or days without office i can eat breakfast or brunch already of garlic rice, sunny side-up egg and pork tocino or sausage or hotdog or crispy fried fish with tomatoes.

For your health, you should. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I have been taking breakfast since I know this. And it seems working good with me.

I usually eat a lot because as a sales,I have enough time for breakfast.It is the most important meal during a whole day.It gives you energy when you start to work. If you dont eat breakfast for a long time ,you would be likely to be ageing quickly,it is true.

I always eat breakfast. I've discovered that if I don't, I will be completely distracted by my grumbling stomach until I eat something. I also won't have a lot of energy until I've eaten breakfast.

Eating breakfast is a good habbit.But I also didnot eat it sometimes.Breakfast is important to provide us with energy for whole morning.Without it our study or work will be ineffective. Some pepople ingore it for the sake of convenience.But we'd better change our attitude towards that.

I ate breakfast every morning on weekdays, but I seldom ate it on weekends.Because i alway get up late on Saturday and Sunday, Sometimes I stay in bed untill lunch time, so i only have brunch ....

i eat breakfast everyday,because i am hungry in the mornory. in china, have a old word says the plan of a day is in the mornory. so we must be not hungry in the mornory and have enough power for your day work.

I used to skip my breakfast when I was younger, coz I can't really eat in the morning. Now I always drink milk, a cup of coffee, and a few slices of bread with margarine for my breakfast.

Yes, I always do that . I think having a breakfast is very important for our body system as it prepares us for the rigours of the whole day .
