Do you eat breakfast everyday?

It is widely accepted that breakfast is the most important meal in three meals one day!! And,so I keep on having breakfast and can make effective and active in the morning. It is also helpful strengthen your memory!! It really is ,as well as good for your health.

at least a light breakfast in the morning... a bowl of milk with cereal and banana or apple or bread with egg with glass of orange juice be superb already! on weekends or days without office i can eat breakfast or brunch already of garlic rice, sunny side-up egg and pork tocino or sausage or hotdog or crispy fried fish with tomatoes.

I usually eat a lot because as a sales,I have enough time for breakfast.It is the most important meal during a whole day.It gives you energy when you start to work. If you dont eat breakfast for a long time ,you would be likely to be ageing quickly,it is true.

Eating breakfast is a good habbit.But I also didnot eat it sometimes.Breakfast is important to provide us with energy for whole morning.Without it our study or work will be ineffective. Some pepople ingore it for the sake of convenience.But we'd better change our attitude towards that.
