Is Canada becoming a mediocre country?

are we unable to support risk takers? do we turn a blind eye to everything that happens? where will this country be in 10 years if we continue the way we are?

Well I wouldn't know.
But from what I think and hear I think Canada is a great country. I'm sure it's just like all places at times and it will improve.
