Has anyone had problems with there digital phones?

We have no dial tone. Our phones have worked for three years and all of a sudden they don't. I'm having to email the company we have ou phones thru because we don't have service. It's a big pain in the rear end. I love the phone company but i just hate trying get this fixed over email. But o the other hand we don't have bill collectors harrassing us. LOL!Has anyone had a problem with there digital phone modem?
