Cable Tv or Satellite which one do you prefer? and why?

I prefer to have satellite as I can receive more channels from all over the world.

That is a good point satellite has that advantage over cable.Some people have also told me that they had to get rid of their dish it just keep going out. Thanks for your reply

i prefer satellite its better then cable tv and we can get all channels but where we cant get all channels by cable tv

I prefer cable, it's more reliable and have plenty of channels. Satellite doesn't work very well in storm with lightning. Of course, a foreigner that wants to watch one or two home-country channels is better off with satellite tv.
