fight with somebody or curse somebody such as your friend, your neighber even god;or destroy something just like paper, cup and so on;or tell your friend or your parents about your trouble;or something else? I just tell my friends what happened to me,then I will calm down gradually.

that's true angela. even if how much patience we have inside, at some point, we will reach our boiling point and really just burst the anger out. but better to talk things through first before resolving the problem in a rude way... anne

for as long as i can, i will hold my temper and not say bad words. but when i really am angry, i go to the person i am angry at and tell him/her personally why i am mad. i always want to talk things through. but if i can't really make the person listen, it's the time when i shout at him/her. something i really don't want to happen... anne

My typical reaction is to curse. I need to be allone and to calm down in loneliness. I cant bear nobody arround when i am angry.

I am on the contray,I do not like to be with somebody else when I get angry, because I am afraid I will burst out to him.

My first reaction is generally getting defensive, and looking to place blame on someone else. I have learned to minimize that, however, and it doesn't last too long. Then I try to get to the root of my anger and do whatever I can, that's within my control, to correct the situation. If it's something that's beyond my control I just try to accept it.

I think it should be an effective method to calm down yourself.

When I get angry, which doesn't happen too often, I get into a heated discussion where I restrain myself, as best I could, from raising my voice because I don't want the neighbors to hear that there's an argument going on. I just vent my anger and after a few minutes, I forget about it.
