Has anyone heard of Traffic Surfer?

Just visited a site called Traffic Surfer, and they claim to pay you for surfing sites. Not sure if it's legitimate, as I don't see why someone would pay for that.
Have you ever heard of the site? Do they pay? Have you been paid by them?
Please share your experience with the company.

Hi beautyqueen26! Yes I have heard of Traffic Surfer and yes they pay you for surfing but the thing is that the amount you can make from it are just mere cents, so I use Traffic Surfer for traffic to my site rather than use it to earn from.

yes I know about this site and they said that they are paying to surf. i've tried but but I think it's just a waste of time surfing but you can't make nice money so I already stop using it.
