Next time you get an unexpected craving, try a bowl of high fiber cereal with skim milk. My personal favorites are Raisin Bran and Raisin Bran Crunch. The fiber content will help you feel full quickly and curb any unwanted food cravings so you can avoid eating something you don't really want. Don't forget to add your favorite fruit to the cereal for a fresh twist. So, how do you deal with unwanted food cravings? Please share.

If you are feeling hungry, fiber is definately the way to go! One of my favorite cereals is made by Kashi and is called Go Lean Crunch.. it's delicious and will curb away those sweet tooths! I have also noticed that when i do have bad food cravings and i eat the foods i shouldn't, i feel like crap afterwards. Soooo before you induldge in something that looks really good, think twice about how you'll feel in about 10 mins and just go with the healthier alternative :)

That's a nice suggestion. Because fiber really makes you full and yet good for people on diet. As for me, whenever I am craving for unwanted foodz, I just drink a lot of water. :-)
