Its really good. Conditin with my son was not the same at this age. He used to eat banana baby food and baby yogurt. Other things I had to try again and again.

my baby is just 7 months old but he seems very intrested in tasting eveything around him. we are still seletive of food that we give him. right now they are only cereals, soups and broths, porraige, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes squash or carrots and mashed fruits and biscuits too.. however my baby is very curious with other food, he stares at someone who is eating something and seems to be asking for his share. sometimes we would let him taste little bits of meat, cake, hotdog and whatever we have on the table.. he is also good in picking up bits of food on the plate. aside from that i've noticed that he developed this habit of licking everything around him. he would lick the rib, his toys, his chair, the pillows and everything else he could get his hands on.

My son is 16 months old now, and eats most foods I give to him. He's not too fond of veggies, unless I give him dip, but that's really the only thing we've found that he doesn't like so far. His favorite food is rice with chicken in it. It doesn't matter how it's cooked, he loves it. I cook chicken fried rice for him quite a bit, but he loves cashew chicken with rice, a chicken and rice casserole we make, etc. He eats pretty much whatever we are eating now, though. He's mastered the spoon pretty well. We just cut the food up for him and then put his plate on his high chair tray and he does a good job on most things. He still uses his fingers a lot, too, but he's still so little that I think he is doing fine.

My daughter will eat pretty much anything that I give to her, from home made stuff to the canned and bottled stuff, she likes her chicken and vegetables at the moment and she loves fruit aswell, apples and pears are her favourites but I like to make her up a variety and at the moment we have apple and orange puree, apple, pear and apricot puree and just apple and pear puree. There was one thing that my daughter didnt really like and that was spinach, but as long as I didnt put too much into what ever mix I was doing she would eat it.
