this past 11 months, we are experiencing hot weather especially from 9am till 4pm here in baguio city. like the past cold season is supposed to be cold but we did not even feel the cold weather... summer time here also is so hot as compared to the nearby lowland areas... now that the rainy season is up, it is still hot ... does this mean global warming is taking effect or it is the global warning? what do you think of it?

I lived in the Philippines Okinawa Florida Texas and Southern California...These places get muggy and hot in the late Spring into the Fall. Global Warming is a major myth. It isn't going to happen. Everyone is running around like mad SCREAMING what Al Gore spouts..."THE SKY IS FALLING! THE SKY IS FALLING!!" Did I write Al Gore? Sorry I meant CHICKEN LITTLE. Gore started this GLOBAL WARMING fear tactic as a way of running for the presidency in the United States without going through conventional means of running. Everyone throughout the world who have listened to his tripe need to wise up and read and study all sides...it's a story of lies.

Um hun? We learned about global warming back in 1986 when I was in high school. Sorry but you really should do some more research into this cause um...no Gore didn't start this "myth".

Where I live everything is as usual. We had some snow in the winter. We had a nice sunny spring and enough rain. We are having a warm sunny summer again with enough rain. We had many such years in my life, we had a couple of cooler ones, too. But as far as I can see everything is the way it is supposed to be. Have a happy day.

I think it's global warming and not just a normal phase. 21 years ago my science teacher predicted the Arctic ice would increase in its melting rate by the year 2000 due to global warming. She was right! It was explained how we humans were killing our own planet. In fact it was that same year my high school was involved in Earth Day. Many of us had to do reports on what was hurting our planet and let me tell you the list was ongoing. I remember doing my research and I just wanted to cry. The air pollution alone is enough to do it, but then add our garbage, hazardous leaks and abuse of natural resources. Yeah I believe it’s the planet is getting hotter due to us and not some natural occurrence.
