what according to u is the shortest way out of depression??

well wat do u feel like doing when u r depressed?? feel like hurting urself or having fun or just sitting alone?? well when i'm in depression i generally feel like sitting alone but i sometimes i do feel like hurting myself??well wat abt u??wat do u do?? share wid us??

Hey, How you doing? I should have checked how old you are but I am banking on you being pretty young either by age or just by maturity. Ifound when I was younger it really hard to deal with emotions and stuff and I done some really silly stuff but see as you get older nad learn your triggers adn how to deal with emotions - it all really does get alot easier. Do you find it hard to tell people when you are feeling this way? Don't worry about it cos loads of people get down and you probably don't know that some of the people around you need someone there for them too. What's up with you? Why you feeling down? Anything imparticular or just the way your feeling? You have certianly came to the right place if you need a chat with someone. So many people around here with time on their hands and nothing to do and wanna make friends.

And sometimes the shortest way out it aint what you want cos youll just end back in it the next day,.

well.. telling u the truth whenever i felt sad or depressed i found no1 simply no1 to tell it abt...dont think i havent tried out it wid ppl..i told my parents,my brother,my friends but no1 ever took me to be serious..sometimes i feel like killing myself..i always feel alone in my happiness or in my grief..i dont know y i'm saying this to u but presently i'm feeling so lonely..need some1 near me n who can understand me..thnx...u said well.tk cr.tata

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
