How to Turn Disrespectful Kids into Respectful Children

I want to share my experience to you . I have three kids and iam s single parent . My kids are lovable and very respectful. I treat them as a mature persons . their ages are 8,11 and 15.I terat them based on their different personalities.I dont scold them ,i talked to them . I dont say no... Let them decide. for example , they wanted to watch Tv before studying , I tell them its ok to watch tv but its much better to study first and do homeworks before Tv . what do you think ??? thats what I told them . becasue if you alwasy reprimand them they were suffocated and will turn into rebel . they might behave while you are there , and be bad at your back . right . so its better to raise them good . right ???

I think the main secret is to be seen to act as you want your children to act. Show them how caring and respectful you are towards others and they follow. However, if they started their younger lives in a respectful fashion and changed when they got to school, then you need to sit them down and talk to them, telling them that just because somebody else at school is disrespectful, doesn't mean they must follow. Teach them how you would like them to behave at school as well as at home. Show them respect as well... it helps a lot, with kids.
