Does your chewing gum lose its flavour on the bedpost over night?

Where has its flavour gone? - Does your chewing gum lose its flavour on the bedpost over night? What a complicated question.

That is not a simple question to answer as it presupposes several things: a) that you use chewing gum b) that you have a bed with a post c) that you put your gum there at night instead of disposing of it in a more sensible way. Mine doesn't as I don't put it there. Have you ever encountered gum left in nasty places?

Oh magicalmerlin, I qualify for all of the above. ;-) I had to scratch my chewing gum off the dashboard of my car today. It melted and stuck pretty much in this weather. It was not quite my fault, one needs clean teeth and fresh breath and one just can`t go all places with a gum in the mouth. Already as a school kid my gums were everywhere: under the seats, under the table, on bedposts... You name it. ;-)

Ah, ha! We have at last tracked down the culprit who leaves gum all round the place for others to find unawares! LOL

You know merlin I was looking at this earlier and I thought I had responded but I guess not. LOL I am like you I don't put it there I always put it in a kleenex then in the garbage. I find the flavor doesn't last long enough in the gum nowadays. I have found all of inks gum I think. LOL. I was always finding gum under the chairs or tables and sometimes I would find some in my hair! That was fun getting that out.

I usually keep the paper and wrap it back up in that. Yuk, chewing gum in your hair - poor Eeyore it must have been traumatic enough to make your tail fall off. Now we know.
