I used to try and act like I wasn't crying but I always tear up during the sad portion of the movie. WHat do you do?

I usually don't cry. It's not anything bad but I just don't. If it happens, it happens. I just try to relax and just watch the movie. I've never cried during the sad parts in a movie.

I usually do. I am not the type of person that cries in real life, so i think that i use the movies for the crying part. Lol. If i think of it, i did not see a good movie for a long time, thank you for the idea, i think i might go and see one soon.

Me too. I just cannot help it. It is not so much the sad parts... but the emotional parts. I have that ability to be in the skin of the character in the movie or even any person on television and I feel what they are feeling... so I react the same way than they do. The funny thing that I cannot understand... is that in real life... I am the opposite and not emotional at all. If people talk to me about their problems... instead of being emotional about it... I try to help them by comforting them and trying to give them ideas on how to solve their problems.

Well sweets there is no point in me trying to hide the fact that I am crying at the sad parts of movies - that would just be pointless, I cry at the happy bits too! lol xxxx

Yes, I admit it, I am a softy when it comes to emotional parts of a movie. But it isn't just limited to movies. There are times when I watch Extreme Makeover Home Edition that something will touch me when they show the family looking at their newly built house and seeing the tears in their eyes will get me going. It isn't every shows but there have been several lately. I used to pretend that I wasn't crying and try to yawn (because when I yawn my eyes water usually) and I'll wipe the tears away. But now I just let it happen and grab a tissue. If my hubby wants to make fun of me for being sensitive than so be it, but I know he won't do that (well at least not to my face lol).

I don't cry. I do not use to cry, I think I never cried watching a movie. Although some are really dramatic, I don't end up crying. But I gotta say: they mess with our emotions, don't they? But I have a good control over myself, I am not emotional to the point of crying.

Oh gosh yeahh.. I'm a real crybaby when it comes to sappy movies~! When I'm alone at home, I would definitely let it all out! But when I'm at the movies with friends or even my boyfriend I try really hard to hold it in, until my throat kinda hurts.. LOL.. But yeah, I am a crybaby~! :P
