I have a son with asberger's syndrome who is almost 29. He would like to live on his own and eventually get married. I would like any information anyone might have about programs that could help him live on his own and get married and also any medical treatments or therapies that could help.

You will find that there are people posting on this forum who are adults with asberger's syndrome, who are living on their own. At least there used to be, I hope they are still here. I work in a supported living environment, here in Kansas. In the group of people I deal with and work for, I have a young lady of about that age who has asberger's. She lives in a house with a room mate, has a case manager, and she and her roommate do all of their chores and activities of daily living, with support, but on their own. She could drive, but does not choose to. She has other mental health disorders as well. Supported work environment is provided. She went to a local Christian college. It varies by individual bit your son's goals could be quite doable.
