My husband and I reside in Central Illinois. We are looking to do a direct adopt (when birth mom agrees to allow us and only us to adopt her child).If you know of anyone who resides in this area and is pregnant and not ready to be a parent, please message me. I'll arrange for all necessary paperwork. My husband all ready adopted a son using direct adopt. Have any of you directly adopted?

U can have a contacts with some good maternity hospitals they will surely let u know

Thanks for the questions from all of you - I appreciate your interest. I prefer direct adopt to avoid the over-inflated costs of agencies (loving a child, wanting a child, should not be a for-profit business, in my book), and because I would hope that the birth mom/dad would want to stay involved in their child's life.
