How much do you walk?

Walking is good for health and physicians say one should walk regularly so as to burn the fat and reduce the cholestrol level in our body so that we can be fit. Infact i hated walking but these days walking has become inevitable. I had to walk 3 m to the office. So to and fro makes it 6km and some time i add another 4 if i wanted to have some good food.Though its difficult i find i'm health now and fit and always active. So do u guyz also walk such long distances. If so why do u walk so long?

Hi, Out of the week I walk 3 days and workout everyday, punching and kicking a boxing bag, which is pretty intense when you do this for 30 - 45 minutes every morning... I walk after working out on a Monday, wednesday and friday, every other day I just workout on the bag...

We all know that walking is very good but many of us don't get enough time for it.But still i find time to walk at least for an hour daily.

i walk about 4-5 km per day. i do this because it is faster than use a car or bus. and i like walking
