There are a couple I would suggest you check out:
my favorite is mugglenet.com. They have some good aspects, including rumor debunking pages that tell you exactly what rumors are false. They also have a good community of administrators and do update the page regularly. Also try the-leaky-cauldron.org. This is also a good site full of nes on the books, the stories, and the real people involved.
