I hate liars too and when I want to make it a point I face the person with the obvious truth on his/her face however, having said that, there are also white lies and sometimes, even when I know someone is telling me a little lie in order to do something good or spare my feelings - I go with it...;)

Some times the little white lies are harmless but if they get out of hand and become a habit ..that's when they lead to the bigger lies!

I will feel very upset if it is a dear one. If it is my family members or extremely close friend, I will try to find a chance to hint them that I know the true if it is a decent lie. I remember once my dad lie to me that his knee is alright and it isn't hurt anymore and he even walk and jump to prove it to me. I know that he do not want me to worry about him. I know his knee is extremely hurting and he is yet to recover coz I had called the doctor asking about his condition. I told him I called the doctor and tell him that he need to go for the consultation appointment promptly and take medication. I tell him he need not to explain and apologize as I understand his good will.

When someone lies to me, I dont hide the fact that I know. I come right out and tell them they are liars. I really dont care if they get mad at me or not. If someone is telling a lie and I know it I let them know about it.

I will avoid these people, sometimes I hide the facts that I know or sometimes I dont, but I still avoid them. Last month and the start of this month I came to know more about some people and I quickly take a step back, away from them. Good thing I still have a bunch of good friends and acquaintances who can provide help and advices from time to time.
