That's a good thing... hangovers are good... it means that you had a good time:) In my case a hangover gives me a certain state of disinterest, among the headache:P... If the hangover it's not to severe I quite enjoy it:P... of course all that falls when I'm home and I have to pretend that nothing is wrong with me... in this case I recommend a lot of sleep:) but if you're not at home then you can enjoy it... I know thats what I'll do if I where in your place:D... of course if it's not to severe, cos if it is that really sucks:(

I tried laying down early and the world was spinning a little too much. I am looking forward too a big sleep. Makes you wonder if its the beverages or the lack of sleep or both.

What I usually do is drink ice cold Gatorade...Usually works for me..The secret I've read is that you feel that way cause you're dehydrated and Gatorade will restore the electrolytes you lost..Dunno if it'll work for everyone...Try it.

I have heard that drinking some coffee will help you get over a hangover. You could also drink water as well as eating something to help you. If you are out drinking, it helps to eat something while you are drinking so you will not have a hangover the next day. I hate hangovers and remember what that was like when I was in college. Sleeping is also good for a person with a hangover.

All you have to do is take in some medicine like paracetamol or pain releiver...so in just a few minutes, your hangover will vanished and you will like a horse again full of energy ready to take the whole world by storm...just as if nothing happened and do your usual stuff and be merry as always just as it should and nobody can stop you from doing so...until you get exhausted again and consumed whatever energy you got...then take in some medicines again and so on and so forth

After drinking and I feel that I have had enough, I start sipping on water and continue sipping until I go to bed. A hangover is partially a symptom of dehydration. I haven't had a hangover in a long time once I started drinking water afterwards. Of course if you are so drunk that you pass out, I don't think that water is going to help you much. I usually stop when I know I am drunk (staggering..lol) because I can't stand the bed spinning and I know about when to stop. Also as soon as I wake I usually drink a large glass or two of ice water.

Have a big greasy feed, bacon & egg roll. I find that if I eat Lasagne or spag bol before I go out I don't get a hangover. Maybe it'll work for you.

Hi there tredale I think that drinking alot of water can help. And lots of sleep. So when you get up again you should feel alot better. That is one of the reasons I dont drink anymore. And I think Im getting to old for that.LOL Feel better.

Mostly that hangover is from dehyrdation so drinking plenty of water with the drinks at night will help next time to not be so hungover. Drinking water now should help ease the symptoms. Pacing your self also will prevent this from being such a problem. Good luck, smart drinking will allow for fun and less pain.

I try to remember to have a long glass of water before I go to bed if I've had a few drinks. My tolerance levels are low at the moment so a headache can hit me in the middle of the night after one glass. You could try some greasy food, like bacon and eggs or sausages. That's supposed to help. My ex used to drink the best part of a bottle of whisky every night and liked to have a Berrocca next morning. Otherwise, just take some paracetomol and sleep it off if you can. My hangovers seem to get worse before they get better. :(

Well I am looking and I see we are at the ten hour mark so i guess you are probably just feeling like you want to go to your bed. My answer to a hangover is a long bath. Imean like 4 hours. I honestly do believe that having a bath rehydrates you through your skin which is a good thing for me cos if I am really hungover then I will be throwing up. Yuck! I read on the internet that you should drink glucose drinks when you are hungover but when I was younger we used to take two painkillers before going to bed stilld runk with the window open and a pint of water next to the bed. That meant that you had everything sorted before you even got out of bed in the morning.
