So what is it with a peeping Tom or Terri? This lady next to me stares all time. She points and lunges like she wants to attack, she does the act of acting like she is cutting our throats, she says she hears voices I just think she's crazy. Everyday she does this. Now me and my other neighbors have the option of calling the police because she is threatening and harassing us. Do you think it is that serious for us to do? We clearly sees she has an issue but what to do?
