To me, the main things in a relationship is trust, love, communication. Without these i dont think i could have a relationship

My hubby works away all week and only comes home on weekends. I trust him totally, as he does me. I think we wouldnt have a relationship without it. We talk heaps too. I think it depends on how you feel in your own relationship. We had both been married before, and both of us were let down by our partners. Maybe that is what makes our relationship so strong.
I so thank you for the best response. It is wonderful. I have received 2 in the one day. They are my first 2. It makes me very happy.

You are so wellcome. I do realy hope that your relationship will keep going. It´s not a wishes, when you marrieing someone that it should end. But things happends that you do not have control over and can´t do anything about. So if you are lucky to find someone new to build a better relationship with you should grab it and try work for it. As you said, you both ave already been hurt, that´s I think are a way to atleast try not be there again.

Trust is very important. That i agree. But in this spinning world. I wonder howe we can maintain that. We spend more time in work, less time at home. Is it not a way of getting less trust, love and understanding. Specially if bothe are working as much?

YOu put the best words I thougt about my self. Trust, Aceeptance and respect are the words I think about the most in a relationship. We are different from each other, so it´s important to make a relationship going if we do axcept, respect and trust each other.

The most important thing in a relationship is trust and compatibility. Without it there can be nothing else. Compatibility is a must. Some believe that opposites attract and that may be true but it does not make for a good relationship. While the personal qualities of each need not be completely the same they must be compatible.
If you don't know your partner...and they you...and trust them in everything your relationship will soon turn to fighting and then end. With trust comes understanding and then love.

I think it's understanding and trust.If you want to have a real partner,you must believe and understand each other,when one of you confront some problems,another one could give you some comfortable words or gove you some advice,in order to help you solve those problems...

I think my man is also my best friend. I think love and understanding are essential but I think trust should be very high on the list.

Aside from love, i need another main thing in a relationship is understanding. You need to understand each other as you go through the challenges in a relationship. If you there's no understanding, even if you love each other, you couldn't stand the challenges that will come your way.

i would say that the main ingredients in a relationship are love, trust, communication, commitment, understanding, and patience. it's the mixture of these traits and values that would make relationship last and stay longer. there could be more but those i mentioned are the essential ones to maintain a healthy relationship.

well i think dat in a relationship..trust is must and if its not there then nothing can stand straight...not love,not friendship,nothing....
