Quiet books

I am curious as to where you have found patterns for homemade quiet books. I am a new sewer and would love to make some for my kids, but have no idea where to begin.

Deseret Book sells a quite book. It's not that quiet because it has loads of velcro in it. But you can get a first idea from it. I remember that my mom used to have some patterns. I will see if she still has them.
