Ive been wondering if there is a way to get abs (ike a 6 pick) but also stay skinny and thin. But i find that when i work out i start getting real big. I mean, i dont mind it to much, its expected considering im building muscle. But ive seen it on people that they are really really skinny and they still have a hard, toned 6 pack. Does anyone know a good workout for this? whenever i star getting big i stop working out and try to loose weight/fat/bigness, also loosing my abs. =( because without a shirt i looked ripped. But with a shirt i just look fat.
