why does friends rule our heart

what is it about these motley bunch of people that compels us to watch reruns after reruns of the shows, discuss it in chat rooms and forums, and to see all 10 seasons of it in one go on DVD??? Give your views and opinions on this thread

I liked Friends alot myself. I thought it was a great show and I still enjoy watching reruns. I think alot of the roles and relationships are sort of like everyday life but with comedy added to it.

as a fan of friends, i believe that the reason why this show has ruled our hearts is because we relate so much with their stories. they represent so much of us that they have become so dear to us...
