does an internationally demandable course justify your future?

in some countries, NURSING course is internationally demandable. Because of the promise of greener pastures abroad where there is a great influx of nursing professionals from other countries due to the accelerating demand, students from their native countries tend to ignore their personal callings. in exchange for a better living of their families, they would put their own dreams and interest at stake. what weighs more to you? the comfort of your family that can be provided by studying the profession that is economically-dictated or the risk of your chosen profession that is a dictate of your heart?

since i was a kid i never dream to take nursing course nor any medical realted courses... i am afraid of seeing bloody hopeless people... luckily, my parents doesnt demand anything about what course i should take... they just let me decide on whatever i want to be on the near future... but, it is also true that many students now are choosing their course not because that's what they want but because they think that's what they need... and as a result... they are really unsatisfied on the career they got... their job might be high-paying but still they do not love what they do... being a nurse requires something that only a few does have: care for other people, braveness, heart of a loving person, kindness and willingliness to help without any doubt. when a person doesnt have any of this... he/she must not take nursing course just because of MONEY... we shall all serve and buid our career not for personal interests (not for the salary) but for the whole society that counts to our real abilities and strenghts...

that's really something good to tell... unfortunately, majority of the nursing students nowadays don't have the same chance like yours. sometimes, ideologies have to be set aside to give way to an abundant life. whatever our reasons in having our professions, at the end of the line, it should be for the common good... thanks for your wonderful contribution!
