Do you buy sexy and expensive undergarments or just the basic pieces?

When I was younger, I never understood why my sister buys branded undergarments that already costs like a piece of blouse or an entire dress. I always wonder why you have to look good on the inside when these pieces don't get exposure anyways? Who would know if what you're wearing is expensive or not? Who would care? And she tells me that it feels good to wear nice undergarments because they feel sexy and the branded ones are durable too. She likes to wear them regardless if others don't get to see them. And she adds that, what if you meet an accident and paramedics catches you in ugly underwear, then it would be shameful. Anyways, now that I'm older, I see her point. I buy a piece or two sometimes, but mostly, I still buy the nice looking but inexpensive ones. How about you? Do share your preference and why. Thanks! =)

Hello steney. I always buy the expensive or the branded names for my undergarments. Granted that the price is ridiculously high, but the quality and durability can actually save you more than buying several pieces of regular ones. The shape and form stays the same even after years of usage.
I tend to buy the cheaper ones from time to time. There is no color preference for me. I like to wear the top and bottom one in the same design.

i seldom buy expensive pieces, i buy mostly the basic ones but with nice designs. i think it is okay to buy inexpensive pieces as long as they fit well and it looks good to you. i only buy expensive pieces for my bras but for panties, i prefer the inexpensive ones so that i can change them more frequent.

You have a funny sister, by the way. For me personally it's a bout quality. I don't really buy them because they will look gergeous if you need to go to a doctor that has to check you up (sometimes...hehehe). Simply because of comfortable. The expensive ones I have last longer and has a nice soft well design materials. But I do have both type expesinve and non expensive and wear them on and off.

Wearing expensive undergarment its just for metal satisfaction, i even agree that it's feel , texture is good , but we must think about our pocket ffirst.

I love sute bra's and panties!! I don't spend a fortune on them but they do have to be cute! Clorful, cute sayings or whatever!! I can't wear just plain colored panties...I feel like a grandma!! My husband makes fun of me because I get so excited when I find a really cute pair because he says, "no one is going to see them anyways"...I just feel sexy when I wear nice panties and such =)

Hello,steney,i do not buy the sexy and expensive undergarments.I think those are to be worn for your partners only,as i do not have any partners,so i think i do not need them.I only buy the cheap plain ones but i must feel comfortable to wear them.May be when i have a partner,i will consider to buy the sexy ones again:P

glad you are not a bid spender like me. Me i prefer branded undergarments.. i still dunno why but im shopping boxers that cost like buying a good ol'shirt. I really dont fined it alarming or weird, its everone's choice wheater you like to have it.

Honestly, I've never seen a sexy bra in my size. They're all very basic and "industrial" for lack of a better word. Sometimes I can find them in pretty colors, but nothing I'd call really sexy.
As for undies... well.. unless it's my monthly cycle, I don't wear usually them. I just don't find them comfy. I have a few sexy undies I'll wear every now and then, and I have some basic cotton pairs that I sleep in when I have my cycle. That's it.

Well, when i first go into the lingerie store.. of course those sexy, expensive ones are the ones that attract my eye. I don't mind buying them once in a while.. But not when I need to replenish my undergarments. When i replenish my old ones, i go for support and comfort and nice looking.

I know what you mean, a few of my friends do this same thing. I've never really understood why, especially considering the fact that we are all pretty young and most of us aren't going to be showing off our undies to anyone on a regular basis. But I'm guessing it is just a psychological thing, kind of like knowing you have your own little secret of knowing that you look really sexy under your clothes.

Before I would always buy those inexpensive undies since they serve the same purpose. Then I got convinced to buy expensive undergarments since they do feel nice and snug and worth every penny of it. Sometimes. But not always; I remember one undie I bought for the price of a pretty blouse that now stay at the bottom of my dresser because I don't feel comfortable in it. It's such a waste. So nowadays, I still buy the regular undergarments and every once in a while, a piece or two of the branded ones.

Hahaha that's funny cause i have a relative who we always threw jokes at cause she would never buy new underwear even if her old ones were already too worn. We told her the same thing your sister had in mind. It would be terrible if she met an accident and the hospital staff opened her up and found out about her underwear.
I buy expensive underwear but only because I have a weird body structure. I've tried looking for cheap underwear but they never seem to fit. The expensive ones seem to have my size though.

Well in terms or undergarments or lingerie I preferred those branded and sexy ones. Because It gives you the feeling of sexiness from the inside and that gives you in a way, to feel confident. Not only that, it's also lasting compared to the cheaper ones. It's more practical to buy because you can use it for a long period of time. So you don't need to buy from time to time. Plus the fact that you'll not be ashamed to hung them =). And its a way of pampering yourself as well...
