Ghost, spirit, paranormal

i have experiences with ghosts lol. i get an uncomfortable ffeling around me, and suddenly papers fly and u get strange smells. u can also see things moving or feel them moving around u.sometimes i can feel someone touching me or carassing me. well thx for reading it fully, to tell u the truth this is what people will say about ghost but i have no experience about it as yet, i just scared u:)

the night i buried my father he started coming to visit. he visited religiously for 2 weeks, every night or should i say morning around 2:30 am, each morning he just stood there and smiled, i knew he was happy. then one morning i sat up and asked him why he was continueing to visit, he just smiled, i suggested he might want to visit some of the rest of the family, the following morning he visited my son.he still visits me now and then. we were close, and i miss him

i believe in both but i have seen any of one

I belive in the supreim spirit but not in ghosts, i dont know why but i dont.,

I have never seen a real ghost but I do believe in ghosts and paranormals, and I don't wish to see a ghost.. becuase Ill go paranoid! and loose my mind :((
