Is Bill Gate the one who build window vista?

My sister and me were arguing about is Bill Gate the one who build window vista. I told my sister it's not him it's someboydy else. But she keeps saying that he was the one that build window vista. I told her Bill Gate is the one who build windows XP only. so... did Bill Gate build both of windows XP and Vista

honestly..im not to sure. I know for a fact that he was the creator of windows in general and that he own the company but i am not to sure of whether or not he himself created windows vista. To be honest though, i highly doubt he did. HE ows a multi-gazillion dollar company. HE doesn't ever have to work again. Sure, he might have put his input on wht will or will not be put into the new system. But most likely he has a team that creates it. And them present the ideas to him. ANd he them gives the yes or no.
